Return ,Refund and Exchange

At headimage.com, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your return:

  • Provide your order number and a photo of the incorrect product.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions for returning the item.

If you’ve changed your mind about a product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending the item back.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refunds
If your package is lost during transit:

  • Contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed.
  • We’ll investigate with the shipping carrier and issue a full refund or replacement once the package is confirmed lost.

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
  • Once verified, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement product within 3-5 business days.
  • If the requested replacement is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at service@headimage.com.

The clearance items or discounted products are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
